Constantine Maroulis Hits the Stage in Rock of Ages!

Constantine Maroulis (ex-Constantine, B&B) is hitting the stage once again in the Off-Broadway musical, “Rock of Ages.” Rockin’ out to tunes from ‘80’s bands, Bon Jovi, Journey and Styx, Constantine will help tell the classic story of a wannabe rocker and a small town girl living out their dreams in the big city. In this case it’s Hollywood.

The show opens for previews on September 30 at Off-Broadway’s New World Stages with an official opening on October 16.

Should be a fun evening of reminiscing with all those ‘80’s tunes recalling the soundtrack of your past! If any of you happen to see the performance, let Soap Opera Fan know and we’ll post your review!

Thanks Lori! I loved Constantine on the B&B.
I think Rock of Ages will be a blast, Constantine is perfect for this part!

I saw Rock of Ages in NYC in October (a few times!). Constantine has the lead role and is superb- as is the entire show.
According to Rolling Stone, “Rock of Ages found the perfect leading man in Constantine Maroulis.” Because of such outstanding reviews and word of mouth, the show was packed every night, and after a short 2 months off Broadway, it closed on Jan 4th in preparation for a move to the Broadway stage.
Constantine will reprise his role as the shy wannabe rocker who finds love and reality on the Sunset Strip in the late 80’s -and rocks your sox off with the music of Journey, Bon Jovi, etc along with an outstanding cast and on-stage band.

Film rights for the production has also been picked up by New Line Cinema.
    Bravo, Constantine, cast and crew!
The Broadway show opens for previews on March 17th, with opening night on April 7th at the Brooks Atkinson Theater, replacing “Grease”- and the prices are extremely reasonable for Broadway.
