Eric Winter, best known as Rex DiMera on Days of Our Lives, has just landed a new gig on primetime. The actor has joined the cast of the new comedy “Single With Parents”. The series will focus on a woman named Lou who, despite being in her 30’s, still lives a little too much in her parent’s lives. She serves as their therapist, confidante and surrogate parent when appropriate. Winter will be playing the role of Charlie alongside stars Alyssa Milano, Annie Potts, Beau Bridges and Amanda Detmer.

The show is being produced by ABC Studios for its slate of programming for the 2008-09 season. Look for more information on this to soon become available.
