The Young and the Restless actress Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) recently attended a party and connected with the founder of Project Cuddle, a non-profit organization that prides itself with taking in abandoned babies and helping distressed pregnant mothers. Michelle has generously helped Debbe Magnusen on many fundraising projects and has even pointed her in the right direction where legislators and the Citizens Commission on Human Rights are concerned!
