When he’s not portraying Rick Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful, Kyle Lowder focuses on being a singer. Having performed The National Anthem at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles twice before, Kyle is preparing to help open the Dodgers’ next game.
Kyle will be seen on the infield on September 23 when the Dodgers take on the San Diego Padres. The game starts at 7:10 PM and can be viewed on PrimeTicket or the MLB TV website. Read the rest of this entry »
We don’t get to see much of nurse Leyla Mir’s sense of fashion, thanks to the blue scrubs that she’s almost always wearing, but now we can get a sneak peak at her portrayer’s sense of style thanks to a California Magazine. Orange Coast Magazine, a splashy regional read for Orange County residents, features Nazanin in its current fall issue. In it, she models four different looks shot at the area’s Balboa Fun Zone featuring designs by Lanvin. She tells readers that she doesn’t conform to other people’s idea of fashion, rather, she finds it exciting to find her own sense of style. She adds that she prefers to take risks, as long as they are classy. Read the rest of this entry »
For those of you who have noticed that Noah Newman has grown up over the past few weeks, it is all due to the show’s newest actor Kevin Schmidt. While Kevin is staying busy making the character of Noah his own, he’s also been dabbling in a new web series called “Poor Paul!”
San Francisco Giants baseball player, Dave Roberts, will be coming to Genoa City to make a guest appearance! Not only is Dave a fan of the show, he made it a point to surprise his wife and mother-in-law, who are also huge fans, with a trip to the studios as well! On Thursday October 16, 2008, Dave and his family will appear as extras during a ‘lounge scene’. While we assume this will take place at Indigo, there are no further details available at this time.
Genoa City will be seeing a few new faces in the month of September. We’ll update you when we hear word of any other casting changes for the month of September, here!
Don’t forget to tune in!
September 3, a “reporter” will be played by Megan Soo. No luck in finding out which parts we may have seen Megan in previously. Perhaps this is her debut!
Look for “Estella” to appear on September 4. This role is being played by Anne Betancourt. You may remember her from Criminal Minds, or the movie Mission Impossible III.
Tonya Lee Williams will return as Olivia toward the end of September! Read more about it here!
As promised, the end of the week’s spoilers have been added!
Apparently all battles have been leading up to his one, as Donna and Stephanie have an epic moment. As the women duke it out, who will come out the victor, the former or current Mrs. Forrester?
In other feuds, Ridge and Nick apparently go a round or two when Ridge defends Bridget to his nemesis. That’s sweet of Ridge to protect his sister/step-daughter/one-time love interest, but he might want to focus his attentions elsewhere, like planning his wedding to Brooke. And as everyone can see, we were right about Liam being Billy Abbott! And wait until he sees Chloe. I just know that he’s the father of her baby – not Cane. That’s purely speculation on my part, but it fits. I’ll maintain this until I am proven otherwise. If you agree, please leave a comment. If not, leave a comment! You’ll find that Liam, or Billy, returns with an edge, and I’m not sure about you, but he reminds me of Jack? I like him already!
This week we find that Victor has collapsed. It’s not surprising, since he has had such a terrible past few weeks. Wait for it mid week.
Carly and Sonny’s situation couldn’t be any farther apart at this point. Sonny is blissfully going about planning a surprise for his bride (details below!), while Carly has actually considered online dating after her breakup with Jax. Huh? Well, she merely agreed to go along with Maxie and Spinelli’s plan when she saw Jax having dinner with Leyla. Cyber dating didn’t get too far for Carly after reading some profiles of her so-called matches. Oddly enough, Jason’s stats proved to be her perfect match and she couldn’t wait to rub it in his face.
Don’t get too excited about a possible Leyla & Jax pairing. Although they looked lovely together over dinner, Jax looked a little too eager to play debonair bachelor and Leyla kindly informed him that she’s nobody’s rebound chick.
Diane and Max had a rough week. Still arguing over Sonny and Carly’s tyrst, Diane misunderstood something that Max said and thought it was a confession that he had cheated on her! She broke it off with him and proceeded to cry on Jason’s shoulders. Max went to Sonny and Kate to cry, and ultimately wooed Diane back with a boom box seranade under her balcony. Awww.
So, Sonny is wondering if Kate is missing any of Connie’s family while doing all of the wedding planning. Her mouth says no, but her eyes seem a tad more wistful. Sonny took off to Bensonhurst and the week ended with a woman running into him in a bar asking if he was looking for her. My guess is that she’s a Falconeri.
Much to a lot of people’s delight, the jury found Johnny not guilty in Logan’s murder trial. He can thank his devoted sister for her creative testimony for that. In any case, Johnny is free and Anthony has even let Claudia back into the family business but on a ‘limited basis’, of course. Trevor is steaming mad at Ric’s new status in the business, too. Days of Our Lives has rarely been short of flashbacks, but, in recent times, they’ve become a bit overwhelming. Since Monday marked one of the most controversial episodes that we can recall, you know, the one that was made entirely of flashbacks, and, flashbacks to stuff that never actually happened at that, we thought we’d ask you how you feel about this device.
