Two New Films for B&B’s Betty White

Betty White, better known to B&B fans, as Ann Douglas, is hitting the big screen in two upcoming movies.

The first, “Love N’ Dancing”, stars Amy Smart and Billy Zane and involves the world of competitive swing dance. Yes, there is such a thing. Of course, love complications ensue, but nothing must get in the way of the big dance! We’re not entirely sure where Betty fits in, but she plays a character named Irene in the flick set to open later this year.

The other is entitled “The Proposal” and is set for a 2009 release. The film stars Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds and features White in the role of Grandma Annie. “The Proposal” is about a pushy boss who wants her assistant to get married so she doesn’t get deported to Canada.

With Bullock and Reynolds in the latter film, we think it might be more successful than the former, but what do you think? Let SoapOperaFan.com know your thoughts below.
