Ex-Bold and the Beautiful star Mario Lopez to Host Miss America Pageant.

There she is…

Mario Lopez will host the 2009 Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas. This will be his second time hosting, as he took on the duties in 2007 as well.

Since leaving his role as Dr. Christian Ramirez on The Bold and the Beautiful, Lopez has guest starred in several TV series including, “George Lopez”, “Nip/Tuck” and “Robot Chicken”. He also appeared in the TV movies “Husband for Hire” and “Holiday in Handcuffs”. Of course, no one can forget his impressive turn on “Dancing With the Stars”, where he finished in second place.

Lopez is also the host of the TV entertainment news program “Extra” and will appear in the upcoming documentary, “Teenage Paparazzi”.

The Miss America Pageant will air on January 24 on TLC.
