Steffy broke it to Marcus that she couldn’t marry him and that they should break up. He wondered if there was someone else and while Steffy didn’t exactly deny it, she told him things had just changed. After Jack heard about Billy and Cane’s fight, he went to Restless Style with his brother, where they found that Billy and Cane would be shot together in the “Men We Love” spread! With a boxing-theme, the guys had no trouble playing the part! However, wondering if making Jack the “Man We Love To Hate’ would reevaluate him in Sharon’s eyes, Phyllis and Jack got to work on his photo shoot!
Later, when Chloe witnessed Billy and Lily kissing at the bookstore, she logged onto a computer, looked up ‘Sonny’ but was stopped from going any further when Billy admitted that he was Lily’s ‘Sonny’ – and accused Chloe of still having feelings for him! When Cane approached with a business associate, Chloe thought he’d be the perfect match for her mother – and so did Roger, who later made a mysterious phone call about how easy it would be getting in good with the Chancellors! While Roger and Esther were on their date, his partner in crime appeared in the shadows – Clint Radison, who brought Marge to Genoa City to scam Katherine and Esther years ago!
Look who walked the red carpet for the 34th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards!
With the upcoming Daytime Emmy Awards in June, Soap Opera Fan Blog wanted to take a trip back to show our reader who was on the red carpet at the 2007 34th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards, where Soaps.com, our sister site, was snapping photos of all the soap stars!
Although they are no longer a couple onscreen, look how sweet Days of Our Lives actors Shelley Hennig (Stephanie Johnson) and Daren Brooks (Max Brady) looked! Shelly wore this coffee-creme colored gown with grace, while Daren opted for this all black suit and tie. From the eyes of our readers, who could argue that this real life non-couple wasn’t something more in Salem!
Speaking of Salem… One of our newest residents, by recast, is ex-Passions star, now Brady Black, Eric Martsolf and his lovely wife Lisa Kouchak! While Eric looked as though he was ready to walk down the aisle again in this dashing tuxedo, Lisa’s lime green gown, which was beautifully embroidered, would make any man fall in love at first sight! Eric’s Passions character Ethan got his happy ending, so we hope to see Brady find love one day ln Salem – just as long as it’s not with one of his past heart breakers!
Nick received a couple gifts that week that could potentially fix all his problems. Of course, those gifts were stolen Forrester Creations designs, but considering how bad Jackie M is doing and the state of his finances, using those designs could turn things around for Nick and Jackie.

Feeling secure, Ric spills the beans about her father’s twisted agenda. She proceeds to get in Anthony’s very frightening face. On the home front, Sonny’s suspicions of Claudia are on the rise. Glen Carbon resident Monet Stunson will be heading to Genoa City for an appearance on The Young and the Restless after winning the soap opera walk-on role during a live announcement from television channel KMOV this past Monday January 12!
Updated January 16, 2009 – Fans of B&B in Australia can breathe a sigh of relief as the unpopular decision to move the soap from its 4:30 PM timeslot to 6:00 PM has been reversed.
