It’s all about burying the hatchet. And not in somebody’s back, for once.
This week, Nikki and Victor actually find common ground, after all these bickering weeks, and same goes for Nikki and Jill, who bond a little over a shared idea.
Amber finds Katherine and is sure that she’s not Marge, especially when Katherine recalls something about her cell phone! She realizes later in the week that she can prove her identity. Think DNA test!
Look who appeared at the 34th Annual Creative Arts & Entertainment Emmy Awards!
In light of the upcoming Creative Arts & Entertainment Emmy Awards of 2009, Soap Opera Fan wanted to bring you some fun photos of who Soaps.com, our sister site, meet on the red carpet, in 2007, at various parties and all other happenings they attended!
Soap Opera Fan Blog and Soaps.com’s very own Editor-In-Chief Christine Fix (far right) fit right in with the stars from The Bold and the Beautiful! Susan Flannery (Stephanie Forrester) looked sophisticated as always in her tinted specs. Ronn Moss (Ridge Forrester) had a bit of that “Player” look going on, with his gray slacks, black shirt and gold scarf! Who could miss Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Forrester) in her elegant gown and updo? She would have made a beautiful princess! One thing’s for sure, these three onscreen LA residents will be bringing us drama for years to come!
General Hospital’s Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) and Jason Gerhardt (ex-Coop Barrett) took the stage to take part in the award ceremony. It was nice to see Nancy Lee in this comfortable red dress – so unlike her character’s wardrobe, who’s always dressed for business! On the other hand, Jason rocked this suit, leaving all the ladies thinking about anything but business! Although Coop no longer resides in Port Charles, you can bet Alexis will be there with her watchful eye waiting for the next case to win!
The busy Jennifer Finnigan (ex-Bridget, B&B) has a new Lifetime Movie coming out. Based on a true story, “What Color is Love?” is about a young sports groupie who engages in an affair with a pro-basketball star, which ends in a custody battle over their son. Read the rest of this entry »
Check out how the stars showed up for the 2007 SOAPnet Night Before Emmy Party!
Gearing up for the Daytime Entertainment Emmys of 2009, Soap Opera Fan thought we’d regale you with some of the fun that happened from previous years that Soaps.com, our sister site, had spent on the red carpet and on the parties, both before the carpet and after!
There’s always a joker in the bunch! Days of Our Lives’ Bryan Datillo (Lucas Horton) went the casual route and smirked for the cameras! In a chipper mood, as always, he told us that he’d just dropped off his son at his mom’s place after spending time with him all day long, before coming to the party!
Look at this dashing couple, Days of Our Lives actors Thaao Penghlis (Tony DiMera) and Leann Hunley (Anna DiMera). Thaao couldn’t have looked more handsome in all black, while Leann opted for a softer pink look. Leann was a little nervous at her return to daytime, after leaving it 20 odd years ago, and was happily surprised, when we reassured her that her fans have already been posting on our boards, thrilled about her return – with Tony!
It’s fun to look back. Little did Thaao know, he’d soon be nominated for best lead actor in a dramatic series, for his part as Tony DiMera! Though he didn’t take home the Emmy, he sure deserved it!
Tuesday January 20 will mark the 2009 Presidential Inauguration for those United States residents. With this news comes something not many of us like – but have to deal with – soap opera pre-empts.

Do you think Daniel should give up drawing and become a model? Was Cane and Billy’s shoot more exciting to you, or was Jack’s business-like demeanor better than them all? Vote in our new poll today!
