Days of Our Lives’ James Reynolds at Two Events in Pasadena.
February is Black History Month and Days of Our Lives‘ James Reynolds (Abe Carver) will be making two appearances to celebrate it.
Fans of the actor and social activist will be able to see him on February 21 when he takes part in Pasadena, California’s 27th Annual Black History Parade. The festivities will commence at 10:00 AM at Charles White Park on Ventura Street at Fair Oaks Avenue in Altadena. After winding through the streets, the parade will come to an end at Robinson Park at 1081 N. Fair Oaks Ave in Pasadena. Following this, from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM, there will be a family festival featuring live music from The Delphonics and J. Boykin, food, information booths and a black history exhibition.

A few days later, on February 24, James will be moderating a panel discussion, “Facing Two Wars – One Against the Enemy, One Against Prejudice: Chapters from African-American Military History.” This event is being presented by the Pasadena Museum of History. Among the panelists are Altadena residents O. Oliver Goodall, a former pilot with the Tuskegee Airmen and Bruce Dennis, who served with the Buffalo Soldiers during World War II. The event will be held at James’ Fremont Centre Theatre at 7:30 PM located at 1000 Fremont Ave, South Pasadena, CA 91030.
