Soap opera actresses share Valentine’s Day scoops!
It’s getting close to the big romantic day, and Soap Opera Fan Blog wants to share some very special interviews with our readers! Rachel Melvin will be leaving the role of Chelsea Brady behind. The actress has opted not to renew her contract with the show.
Father Matt will be played by TV vet Ralph Waite on Wednesday, Feb 18. The former “The Waltons” star will be hearing Chloe’s confessions.
Baby Johhny is being played by Aaron & Griffin Kunitz while his sister, Alli, is played by Ella & Anna Gietzen.
As if Sami didn’t have enough child related problems, her estranged son Will will be returning from Europe this month. Dylan Michael Patton has been tapped as the recast for the role. Viewers can see him first on Friday February 27.

Doing his part to help others enjoy Valentine’s Day, Constantine Maroulis (ex-Constantine, B&B) will perform as a special guest at Broadway star James Barbour’s concert series, “Love Songs” on February 13.
Held at Sardi’s in New York City, Barbour will also welcome fellow Broadway performer, Morgan James to help him belt out tunes such as “Loving You Keeps Me Alive”, “If Ever I Would Leave You”, “If I Can’t Love Her”, “My Funny Valentine” and others. Read the rest of this entry »
At the end of the month, viewers will get to lay their eyes on a new addition to Sami’s growing family.
Days of Our Lives will be adding Dylan Patton to the cast. He will be taking on the role of Will. The young actor will be replacing Christopher Gerse, who had the role of Sami and Lucas’ son from September 2003 – November 2007. No word on why the part was recast but this new Will is almost certain to bring even more trouble to Salem and than before.
