Anthony running from Sonny, Jason trying to find them, Anthony running to Sonny, Ric running to Claudia…you get the idea. But, I digress. Let me explain why in the heck everyone was in such a hurry.
The week started with people dropping like flies in the GH boardroom. Claudia was felled by the airborne toxins just as she was about to tell Sonny that Anthony shot Kate. She got her chance later though, don’t worry about that. Anthony had found her in her room in ICU and tried to prevent her from telling Sonny any of his dirty little secrets. How? By killing her of course. He was interrupted and didn’t get to do the deed and Claudia eventually told Sonny. He hunted Anthony down like it was the first day of deer season in Wyoming. In the end, Jason found Sonny and told him that he needed Anthony alive or the Feds would put Spinelli away. In deference to their friendship, Sonny settled for a whack on Anthony’s head instead. Brad’s gone and buried in the blink of an eye. No thawing of his body, no autopsy, no service. The guy died and the show buried him. Don Diamont was a vet and with the show some 20 years. What gives, fans wonder. Not a very good sendoff, was it?
Everybody is still grieving pretty hard next week. Sharon especially. In her grief, she steals a token from Brad’s house, likely to remember him by. Still, couldn’t she have asked? I guess grief does scary things to everybody. She’s going off the deep end, she is. It’s not going to get any better. More on that next week!
After Steffy and Rick decided to continue their covert relationship, Stephanie revealed to Rick that she overheard their conversation and ordered him to end things with her granddaughter. Rick refused, so Stephanie went to talk to Taylor.
At Forrester, Ridge encountered a model with a dress on that he designed specifically for Phoebe. He became upset and Brooke tried to console him. She called Steffy to come talk to her father, which made Ridge feel better. He worried for Steffy and warned her to be wary of people trying to take advantage of her and to be careful while driving. Everyone is finding out about Rick and Steffy’s relationship on The Bold and the Beautiful and no one is on their side. Poor Rick insists he truly loves Steffy, but Taylor, Stephanie and Brooke all believe he’s just using her to get back at Ridge.
Nick and Sharon make love, Noah remembers Brad’s help, Murphy comforts Katherine, and Genoa City mourns Brad!
Phyllis didn’t want Nick going out in the storm, but he insisted on going to the cabin to tell Sharon about Noah – who still had no idea how he got out of the water! After Phyllis followed Nick, she was told the road was closed and Nick and Sharon would be stranded in the cabin overnight! With no choice, Phyllis accepted a ride home from Jack, where they argued about Nick and Sharon – and whether or not they were having an affair!
After Michael and Lauren realized Eden was missing, they headed to the hospital, where Eden snuck in to see Noah, but hid from Michael and Lauren before she could! Once alone, Eden rushed to Noah’s side but was blamed for Noah’s accident – by Abby! Michael was alerted to Eden’s presence and took her home, where he and Lauren gave her the riot act! Back at the hospital, while Abby worried about Brad’s absence, Noah had a vision and told Victor that he thought someone helped him out of the water! After Victor left, Noah asked Vikki to have a nurse get his sweater. When the nurse returned with Noah’s belongs, Vikki recognized Brad’s glove amongst the clothing – and Noah remembered that Brad helped him out of the lake!
