The Young and the Restless’ Victoria Rowell (ex-Drucilla Winters) is planning her annual charity tea party, and you’re invited! However, seats are limited, so fans will need to make their reservations no later than April 29, and Soap Opera Fan Blog will tell you how – and when!
Set to take place on the Royal Caribbean International, on Sunday May 3 from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, during National Foster Care Month, fans will gather to help Victoria support the Rowell Foster Children Positive Plan – while enjoying a hat auction to include the designs of Patricia Underwood, art work by Amalia Amaki and R&B/jazz recording artist Lahla Hathaway!
