General Hospital Weekly Blog. (New)

May 25th, 2009 by Matthew Purvis

It’s Monday, and that means that Lori Wilson is back with another edition of her weekly GH blog over at

She begins this week’s article with a shocking confession…

“I love, love, love Olivia and Johnny! I know many people have issues with the age difference and sometimes it can be gross and creepy, but not in this case. Olivia may be old enough to be his mother, but she is one hot lady and Johnny should consider himself lucky she’s giving him the time of day. It was nice to see both of them having fun and laughing for a change instead of Johnny brooding and Olivia worrying about other people’s problems. Besides, the reaction it’s getting from their fellow Port Charles denizens is priceless. How great was Sonny’s expression when Johnny walked out in a towel at Olivia’s place? Not many people can make Mr. Sir react that way and I enjoyed every second of it. And then later, Olivia totally let Sonny have it, reminding him that he has slept with girls that are much younger than he is as well. Hypocrite! Mike also called him out on being jealous and it was dead on. I am all for this storyline and hope Johnny and Olivia continue to be in each other’s orbits for some time to come.” Read the rest of this entry »

General Hospital Weekly Summary for May 18-22.

May 22nd, 2009 by Matthew Purvis

Michael’s angry, Holly’s evasive, Rebecca’s conniving and Johnny gets around.

Michael woke up as Lulu sat by his side. Since she couldn’t get in touch with Carly, she called Sonny with the news. He was overwhelmed to be reunited with his son. After telling him the details of the shooting, he begged for his forgiveness. As Jason runs off to find Carly, Michael wondered why it wasn’t his parents by his bedside and demands some answers about the shooting. As Carly rushed to her son’s side, Claudia worried that Michael would remember her confession. Carly quickly discovered that Michael is angry with her and not hiding it. Jax warns him not to upset her since she’s pregnant. Her son assumes that she’s already been looking for a way to replace him. This only made his mother more miserable. He pretended to sleep to avoid the ugliness and she balled her heart out before walking off and leveling the blame for her son’s attitude on Jax. To make things worse, she returned and overheard her son ranting about her to Lulu. Carly wound up making things worse by insisting that he come home to live with her. Read the rest of this entry »
