Just when things start looking grim for Claudia they get worse.

As if falling down a flight of stairs pregnant wasn’t bad enough, now Claudia has to contend with the two bullheaded men in her life battling over her baby. The fight between these two old rivals kicks up a notch this week in Port Charles.

Helena swoops in, the mayor’s mistress takes a tumble and Claudia fears the worst.

Rebecca does her best to keep Jason on her side, which is proving easy thanks to his devotion to Emily’s memory. He’s not the only one to fall into the trap either. Monica is ecstatic when Nikolas tells her that Rebecca is Emily’s twin sister. Monica welcomes her into the family, but Elizabeth is still certain that Rebecca’s known the truth all along and is up to something. Meanwhile, Helena actually gets confirmation of this when she overhears Rebecca and Ethan plotting. Max prepares to bid his adopted home goodbye, but before he can leave Salem’s charming alleys, bars and docks behind, he offers a heartfelt adios to the former love of his life, Stephanie. He also uses the opportunity to offer her another warning about Philip, since being locked in a body drawer at the morgue didn’t seem to get through to her. Things just keep getting more DOOL-like in GC. We like, but we have some issues. (Adam mopped up all the blood on the floor, but what about on Ashley’s person? Bah! We won’t go there.) Instead, let’s see what’s to come!
As if it wasn’t bad enough that Adam has been playing with Ashley as if she was a mouse and he were a cat, his last prank of dressing up as Sabrina’s ghost has caused Ashley to fall down the stairs. We all suspected that she lost her baby, what with all of the blood, and this week,  the Yale doctor Adam hires to examine Ashley, confirms that she has indeed lost the child. Adam blackmails him to keep quiet about it, making this viewer more than a little astounded. How will Adam be redeemed, if ever?

Rock of Ages!

Last night’s Tony Awards paid tribute to the best on the boards and Constantine Maroulis’ (ex-Constantine) “Rock of Ages” was nominated for Best Musical.

Even though it lost out to “Billy Elliot,” the former B&B actor gave the audience a preview of what his 80’s themed musical is all about.

For the past seven years, award-winning singer/songwriter and producer, Jd Webb, has been writing the songs that help make up the fabric of Days of Our Lives.

Rick and Steffy share some shocking news with their parents, which causes trouble for Ridge and Brooke. This latest rift in the latter’s relationship is then used to Taylor’s advantage.

Ridge finds himself leaning on Taylor and takes more of her “assistance” than she realizes. He then makes a major announcement which sends Brooke into denial and Taylor into shock.
