Days of Our Lives Spoilers For July 27-31.
Everyone is Salem continues to come apart at the seams as death and deception loom.
Although he’s already more than mildly paranoid in general, and with the people in his life, who can blame him, but things go into overdrive next week as Elvis tries to extract the truth from Nicole. All of her unusual behavior recently has only been adding fuel to the fire, but her ability to think fast and cover her life in yet another layer of lies is becoming impossible. She breaks down and confesses… to to an unconscious Chloe.
Of course, Nicole isn’t the only one with sins to confess. Although hardly a saint himself, Victor threatens to call Kate out in front of Lucas over her gruesome plot. While Chloe’s life hangs in the balance, her husband has more on his mind than whether or not she’ll breathe again… like her affair with Salem’s resident master of the bedside manner. Lucas finally gets his head together and confronts Daniel about his affair with Chloe.
Keeping in the swing of confession time, Rafe finally opens up and tells Sami what happened to his fiancée. Emily was killed when he crashed their car on their wedding day. But is that the whole truth? Meanwhile, not wanting to add any more confusion into their already confused relationship, Brady lets Arianna know exactly how he feels about her by laying another kiss on her. They aren’t the only ones with a complicated relationship though. Will’s relationship with Mia is about to get even more awkward when Chad declares that he’ll be staying in Salem.

I hope something good can come out of Victor exposing Kate’s plans to the world and allowing Lucas and Philip to kick her out of their lives for good.
I just want Rafe and Sami to have their happily ever after.
What if Sydney was revealed to be Mia’s daughter with Chad, who was being passed off as Nicole’s daughter with EJ? That would mean that Grace Rafela Brady was Sami’s biological daughter with EJ all along. I bet Rafe will do a bit of investigation on his own and sneaks in the Dimera mansion while Nicole, EJ and Stefano are out with Sydney. He learns the awful truth when he hears wailing coming from one of the rooms. He opens the door and learns that Grace is still alive and that she’s being held hostage by Stefano in the Dimera Mansion, only to be watched by the maid Mary. Immediately, he realizes that the baby who died from bacterial menagitis, that they buried for her supposed funeral was really Nicole’s premature daughter with EJ that Stefano switched Grace, via Owen. It would mean that Sami’s daughter was healthy all along. Rafe heads back to the penthouse and tells Sami the truth about what he saw. He tells her that Grace is still alive and is being held hostage by Stefano because he wants to make her a Dimera like Sydney. Sami is infuriated that she and Rafe teams up and takes down Stefano and EJ together. They get Grace back, takes Johnny away from the Dimera mansion and raise them along with Allie and Will as a happy family.
I know those are wierd ideas I’m coming up with but please bear with me.

How about Mia turns out to be Rafe’s little girl that he knew nothing about. Little Grace being held hostage works for me. This way Sami and Mia get their babies back. Mia gets a father she didn’t know and for once let there be one couple in Salam who stay together and live a happy life besides Bo and Hope.

I’m so glad at least one story is out! About time Lucas finds out the truth. Now i’m just waiting till Sami gets her real baby back. Get rid of Kate, she is terrible!

I still think the writers bombed when they let Nicole lose the baby to start with. They could have had dueling infants and mothers for E. J.’s affection for a long time! I do think they should find out Nicole’s daughter survived because the evil doctor sold her through and illegal adoption. Stephano can find out and be holding out on everyone as usual.

Kino- I like your idea! I am sure one day, if not in the near future, Nicole’s baby will end up being alive. After all, Chelsea was a still born but low and behold, 16 years later there she is in Salem! It would make for a very interesting storyline, if in fact, Stefano does/ will have Nicole’s baby somewhere but keeping up with her lie about Sydney to build his Dimera Empire! There are many way’s this story can be played out- let’s hope its a good one!

I am PRAYING that Victor decides to save Daniel and throw Kate under the bus. I am completely tired of her and would not mind at all if they cut her from the show.
I am so glad Lindsay Hartley is joining the cast! And they had better keep her with Brady.

E.J. is a very good father. Nicole is beginning to show signs of a good parent. Sami has never been Mother or Wife material. The kids are always @Grandmothers or with E.J. or Lucas. Let Mia shine now. She will be a great asset to days. Daniel & Chloe will add new adventures to a burned out bunch they need new blood to keep the thrill going. Daniel & chloe can do it. Mia & Will can also do it. Melanie is jump starting the show, she has really grown on me. At first i had my doubts. but now shes up there with the best. Nicole needs more attention from E.J., if not let Brady give her attention. Now they would be so good together. They both have the looks. Let E.J. keep breaking the womens hearts. E.J. & Arianne fall madly in love.DO like Sami leave the kids with the Nanny. Lucas & Mommy Dearest move to a remote Island.

How could anybody that talks to Kate not see the smirk or the small smile on her face when someone says Chloe may not make it! That Kate is evil. Talking about a woman (even if Kate is their mother) acting jealous over another female around her sons…gross! Sorry folks but that just is not normal in my book and Kate needs to be checked out for psychological problems, maybe even look into her relationship with her sons. Kate doesn’t seem as concerned about Billy! Maybe we need Sami to put Kate back in line when all is said and done. Everyone knows Sami deserves a go at Kate for all the evil things she has done to her.

I agree with all of you! Kate needs to be exposed and who better than to do it than Victor!!! He’s far from some idiot, he’s very smart and is always ontop of things. Go Victor! I hope Kate gets what’s coming to her. Chloe saved her life. Whether or not she cheated on Lucas with Daniel she does not deserve to die. Kate’s children aren’t children anymore, they are grown adults who need to handle their own lives. I also don’t undertand how Maggie (of all ppl) can’t spot Kate being fake and full of it. Maggie seems genuine and I alway thought was smarter than how they are portraying her at the moment. Loving Melanie! Couldn’t stand her in the beginning, but she has grown on me as an actor and character. Can’t wait for Lindsay Hartley to take over the role of Arianna. Peace out.

Will needs a new hair stylist. He looks ridiculous with that 80’s hairdo. Mia needs to pick it up a bit and be more confident. Show some backbone. Let’s get rid of Kate and her horrible character. I agree with Tina Will needs a new hair stylist. Maybe a new Will would work better. I wonder where the storyline with Kate tryin to kill Chloe. Are we going to see her get away with attempted murder? The writer’s continue to set a precident with people killing people and whatever and everyone seems to go home free. This is sure not the message that should be sent. They need to end that storyline and let Kate get some jail time. That will never happen I fear.

Well we know the baby switchstory is going to end this year because Ariana Zucker (Nicole) is pregnant. Soooo… let’s get the show on the road!
Loving Melanie, always have loved that lil evil witch. lol but now we’re coloring her with different shades so that’s a good thing. Chloe and Daniel is just weird but they need to be together. Please give Sami and Rafe some happiness. I mean really? Could Sami have lost custody of Johnny to EJ!?!?! The man who raped her?! wow…. that’s been forgotten. I really want to see Kate get her Comeuppance! She needs to stop meddling in her “kids” lives and get her own!

I had visions of Lucas returning to Salem and not finding Chloe at home, going to Maggie’s and munching on a Brownie….that would have sent Kate over the edge..and Daniel straight to deathrow. I have wondered if that camera was on in the kitchen when Kate doctored the brownies and Chloe and Daniel were talking. Melanie is GREAT…I have liked her from the first day. Have you seen the list of folks from the past they are bringing back? And, without their spouses? Why can’t we have John & Marlena, Patch & Kayla, Shawn & Belle…Oh, well…guess, to quote my ten-year-old grandson…”I’m just here to go with the flow”.

Funny how every time Lumi or Safe fans want to push their favourite couple and keep Ejami up they bring up the rape thing. Sorry guys it doesn’t cut it with me. If you’ve watched Days for a long time you would be well aware Sami herself is guilty of the same thing with Austin. She drugged him so she could sleep with him without him being fully aware. He thought he was making love to Carrie not Sami. The writers of Days had Austin forgive Sami just as the writers had Sami forgive EJ. So stop bringing it up. Both are as bad as each other. If you try to defend Sami while convicting EJ I have to suggest you maybe a little gender biase. Whether it is a male or female it is never right or defendable.
Proves my point that EJ and Sami are two of a kind, two of a kind. They both have a good and a bad side. They love hard, hate hard, full of zeal and passion. They deserve and belong together. Days has enough nice and safe couples give us one with some unpredictability, fire and passion please!

If you guys think for one minute that Victor is actually going to blow Kate in..right now anyway…think again. Days NEVER does ANYTHING that fast. They’ll make it appear that he’s about to, but something will happen to stop him..either Kate herself or whatever, but it won’t happen. I know these shows always need evil people, but Kate has gotten away with way to much for way too long! I agree she needs to get caught…maybe put on death row like Sami was. Now THAT would be intersting and satisfying, even though she won’t die in the end. It would still be worth seeing her live through the consequences of her wicked ways.

No one on the show makes me laugh. Way too much drama, anger and sadness. Lighten up a bit. Bring back Jack and Jen. What a funny couple or Sami and Lucas. What we need is electrifying chemistry between people: love, romance, humor and kindness. Nicole and EJ are way too serious. Mia and Will are so cute together however give them some funny lines. Then Mia will stop mumbling her silly current lines. Please keep sweet Mia since she is adorable. I tape the show and fast forward during EJ’s and Nicole’s scenes. They are way too boring together. They could be very funny. Romance is great, however you also need some humor. Kate and Nichole need to share a jail cell. Now that could be funny! How about bringing to Salem a nice normal gay couple with kids who are as respected the same way as Alice Horton. A gay police man married to a gay doctor. Good story line. Let fans see how gay people can contribute to society. I am not gay, just a supporter of the underdog.
Come on writers make us laugh and step up to plate and hit a home run! You can do it! Go Days Go! Change your ratings from third place to number 1. I have been a fan for 25 years. Step up to the plate and hit the humorous dialogue out of the ball park.

I like how Maggie has opended her home up and lets everyone stay with her. It brings everyone together. I didn’t like how Kate used Maggies house for her set tho. Was that due to budget cuts? Couldn’t afford another set? But then Kate knew the show was a temp thing so why invest in a whole set after the fire? Oh, well.
It lookes like Doc. Dan was putting things together at the end of Fridays show. He knows it was Kate, it also seemed maybe he thought it was Lucas who’s behind poisoning the food. Maybe he thinks it was both of them working together. Kate will cry her way out of looking guilty and Lucas was out of the country, so he will be in the clear. IMAO. I wonder how long Chloe will be in a coma for…. and if she will have memory loss when she comes out of it. Will she remeber deciding to ditch Lucas for Doc Dan? Will she even remeber her own name? Nobodys had amnesia lately. (lol)

Cracked me up! (I thought the very same thing about Mia - she needs to open her mouth and enunciate a little bit more….oh well, she’s young and is a pretty good actress.)
I still think ol’ Kate will wind up with a brain tumor or she is having EXTREME adverse affects from the cancer medicine she is taking….which, by the way is the same medicine/poison that she has been giving Chloe! She’ll get out of being sent to the chair because of medically induced “insanity”. Kate has always been intrinsically evil, so naturally, the meds or tumor has just magnified the way she really is…..just to the extreme…….so she still needs to get what’s coming to her - like JAIL!LOL

As I always say. I really love Sami and EJ together. I am from Sydney, Australia and we are nearly a year behind you. I cant stand to read that in a whole year they will not even be back together…. when? if ever? I do like Nicole and Rafe isnt even on our screens yet, but reading the updates he sounds nice, but Ej andsami have never, ever been given a chance to be happy together. Dont make it a ross and rachel and get them back together on the last show ever?? It would be such great viewing. Imaging the ratings world wide if Sami and EJ got married (in total love of course, not like before!)

I agree with Melthatsme, a Sami & EJ wedding could bring up the ratings, or even a storyline bringing them back together. The writers screwed up breaking them up & putting Nicole w/EJ. Plus, they ticked off long time viewers by focusing on teeny bopper stories. They had something with Sami & EJ but blew it.

I agree, change will…he is to woosey…get a young hunk and get another mia…this one is still acting like middle school. i don’t like the new brady…he was on passions…rafe too.but he is a better actor and not as fem acting…there have been so many different bradys…but keep searching..the baby thing is getting old but i really don’t think EJ and sami should be together…Sami can never be true to one man…get rid of Lucas…he just can’t seem to find the right woman…he has an attitude

Did anyone notice the camera’s in the background when Kate drugged the eggs. Wouldn’t it be terrific if they were rolling and they caught her in the act? I hope she gets caught soon, I want to see her squirm her way out of it. Although, if anyone thinks she’ll go to jail, think again. Like someone mentioned, her cancer will come back causing her to be insane. I could live with Cloe remaining in her coma…can’t stand her. Which is weird, because I liked her when she was with Brady. I think her acting skills have gotten worse as time goes on.
I think Nicoles baby is alive and we won’t know that for years…like Chelsey/Georgia. I certainly hope Mia learns the truth soon, and Sami gets her baby back.
Can we give Bo & Hope some interesting storylines please. And please, please, please let them solve the Chloe/Daniel case, rather then getting it wrong. The Salem poice department needs to get something right.
I’m really loving Maggie lately, I’m so happy she is in a lot of scenes lately.
Malenie has come along way…really like her! She is vastly becoming one of my favorites!

I’m enjoying the Kate/Chloe/Doc. Dan story line. Its comming together fast (finally), so I can’t wait to see how it plays out. Plus I think we’ll see more of Bo/Hope as the plot thickens.

I think all soaps focus more on the teens during summer, because most teens are on summer break and it draws them in and hooks more viewers. I noticed this a long time ago. Summer breaks almost over, :)…. just a thought.

I’ve read a few people think Nic. baby is alive….. Sorry, I don’t think so. Nic. wasn’t very far along when she lost the baby for starters, which would make it hard for the baby to survive outside of the womb, & Nic. was suffering terrible pains leading up to the loss of the baby. I think it’s very sad, but the baby is gone. With Ches. Bo/Billy had clues (the bloody blanket) and they even went in search of her. I don’t see the Ches. story line being anything like the current story line with Nic.
Back to Kate, I’m loving her! She plays the bad girl so well! She don’t mess around, cross her and hers & you’ll live to regret it! Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy Chloe, and the good Doc. Dan, but it’s fun seeing some under-handed action!! ~lol~ I would love to see Stefano and Victor get there hands dirty again!! (of course with something more entertaining then a fuels project).

Everytime i see Kate’s smug face on the TV i want to slap it, and then see her behind bars…the woman isn’t just evil she is insane and I agree she has gotten away with too much for too long and needs to have some sort of comeuppance!!! When the incident with Austin happened, Sami was just a young teenager, much like Melanie. She was barely 16 years old. When she drugged Austin she did not do it with the intention of having sex with him; she just wanted him to wake up with her in bed with him the next morning. Then, she was going to tell him they made love.
It was Austin who woke up and wanted to have sex. In his drugged up state, he thought Sami was Carrie. Of course Sami was not going to turn it down. It just made her plan even better.
What Sami did was wrong, and I don’t think it was Rape. The whole thing de-graded Sami more than it did anyone. It was kind of stupid to chase after and de-grade herself for a man like that.
EJ on the other hand, had Sami at gunpoint and told her that she held Lucas’s life between her legs. He was mean and disgusting, and was doing it because his father ordered him to “plant his seed” in that Brady woman and then break her heart.
It was Rape in every sense of the word and she should never have forgiven him for it. Just because she did some terrible things when she was younger does not make her responsible for every bad thing everyone else does.
Sami has been through enough. It is time for some good things to start happening for Sami.
She needs a job that she enjoys but still has plenty of time to spend with her kids, she needs some good friends who understand her, and she needs some self-confidence. A cute wardrobe and some self-esteem would go a long ways.

I am so pleased to hear so many folks finally coming around to the girl who plays Melanie. I have said all along she’s a fine actress playing a role of a character searching for her place in life. Personally I really would have enjoyed seeing Brady and Melanie together but I like Nathan just as well. Steph belongs with Phillip they have good chemistry together. I wonder if the writers read these? Get the whole baby garbage done or write it into the sunset. Give Lucas some decent story lines and let Chloe and Doc Hotpants get one with their lives.

i am so sick of kate she is a evil coniving beotch, i have never liked her… they need to take her off the show and bring the good ones back, and melanie is cool now, nicole alright even though she is leaving the show in dec due to being pregnant (for real)so all this baby cramp is coming to an end, and rafe what is his secret and poor daniel i hope victor do expose kate, i hope the writers do not drag this coma thing out, lets get some excitement jumpin off and move on to the next story, chloe and lucas don’t look good together anyway!

Only you know who I think will out her? Chris, the gay assistant! Think about it . . .in the past seemingly useless characters were always the “one.” Chris will attempt blackmail and Kate will try to off him too. Except that he will have been working with the cops—namely Roman, K’s ex-husband who will have the honor of arresting her.
Also, re: Maggie. About 10 years ago, the powers that be decided to remake her into a gossipy hag. Why I don’t know. Because that was NOT the Maggie character’s history ever. And I’ve watched since 1967.

#30 - Yes! I definitly noticed the camera in the backround when Kate druged the brownies, but I had forgotten about it until you mentioned it. I was thinking the same thing at the time…”hmm…I wonder if that camera is running”. That in itself may be her downfall.

I have always disliked Kate and her smothering of her children whom she abandoned when they needed her most.
I wish they would just get to the point. I read a long time ago that the meds she took and the one she poisened Chloe withcaused her to be mentally unstable. So the Bimbo will get away with this too.

I have to say I am agreeing with a lot of you concerning the character of Lucas. At the moment on the Days of our Lives NBC website they are running a poll and asking what should Lucas do about Chloe and Daniel. One of the responses is to get even with Daniel. I ticked that one. The character of Lucas needs to be given some meater storylines. It seems now for years all he has been doing is running around after some woman or his mother. Give him some depth, give him better storylines, make him more of a man than a wimp!
I am sure the actor who plays the part would be up to it - ha ha.

So I miss watching Days for a few weeks thinking the TRUTH will set every thing free but yet I come back and find all of THIS still going on?? Even in REALITY, things come crawling out from under the rug WAY before all of this.

ok i agree with you guys this whole baby thing is getting real OLD!!! and yes i think that both the babies are alive nicoles and mia’s and with in a year they with be all grown up and in high school together. and i know that everyone hates Kate but she at leasts brings excitment to the showI have been watching for 20yrs and she is the only thing lately that makes it worth watching and do the writers read what we have to say? do they forget that we remember past charaters? like peter in prison and christin on a desert island?? bring the good people back and of course make us laugh

Don’t y’all see, Grace had to die to make the Lucas/Samie reunion work. Those two always find a way back to eachohter, they are the real power couple of Days and have been for 17 years; I have followed their story since I was 16, The orginal writer, who brought Sami and Lucas together, is back. So the infant’s death, Chole and Lucas’s shakey relationship, which by the way, NEVER seemed real to begin with, and Rafe and Sami’s relationship will come to an end, which, by the way, also seemed way to forced and no honest chemistry. Anyway, Sami and Lucas will once again find solace in one another; I am sure tension will be felt at first, a lot of resentment and regret will need to be worked through. Also, I am sure it will come out that Grace will be Lucas’s all along come on, it’s a Soap Opra, OF COURRSE THAT CAN HAPPEN. I may be wrong, but that seems very logical concidering this Soap’s past and Lucas and Sami’s chemistery is darn near unbeatable.
HAPPEN which also seemed forced and NOT real, it all makes sense, the story line will lead up to a reconciliation, trust me on this one.

As for Lucas having more balls so to speak, okay so have him expose Stephano and bring down EJ because he has a dream that Grace is alive and well, thus he decides torescue her for Sami as he still deeply loves Sami and realizes that his dream was more than a dream, it was a sign for God and a need to get his true love back (Sami) and bring down the man who stole her from him in the first place, now that would be a story worth watching. As for Rafe, let Emily still be alive and let it be exposed that Stephano had her appear dead because he had a vendette on that family years ago; this of course will be a major side story line tying into Passions, LOL:)I say, let Rafe have his peace and Mia be His and Emily’s daughter. As for Lucas and Chole confusion; well, Chole’s heart has always belonged to Phillip and she has denied this love for a long long time, it was obvious 13 years ago. I say rekindle their love for eachother.

I really like Kate, always have, she has no boundries when it comes to protecting her children and trying to make them happy. Sure she makes lots of mistakes, and interfers when she probably shouldn’t but what would the show be without an evil vixen? I do like Sami and Rafe together and hope Stefanie and Philip get back together too. I think if EJ finds out that Sydney is really his and Sami’s baby that he will keep it quiet from Sami as a revenge for her keeping him away from Grace. I like the idea of Grace being alive as well as Nicoles baby, Stefanio would have the means to do that with all of his money and “experts”. Nothing is impossible in the lives of soap operas. lol. I agree it would be good if Rafe is Mia’s dad. I do like her with Will. Melanie is great too. Bring back Bell and Shawn and put Rafe on police force or as a PI. have him find the babies like listed above.
