Failed ploys and upset plans in Port Charles.

Following the latest shootout, Jason is brought in for questioning. Diane tries to convince him to stay behind bars for a little while so Alexis can garner a bit of positive publicity in the midst of her scandal. It doesn’t look like it’s going to pay off though. Diane warns Alexis that the emails she allegedly sent to Mayor Floyd have been made public. Alexis is promptly suspended from her job as D.A. Shocking discoveries, sealed fates, guilt and warnings are all part of the goings on this week in Genoa City. Sound like real life or a soap?!

This week, Phyllis, never the wallflower, decides to take action. Whether or not that means she’ll go along with hubby Nick and break the law, remains to be seen, but we can tell you that she goes to Sharon, her arch enemy, for advice! One scene that stands out for me as being very sweet was watching Sharon sitting at Summer’s side, singing to her while Nick and Phyllis watch from the window.

It’s shaping up to be a summer of romance and revelations.

The people of Salem are in for a rocky week and they may have one less doctor to help them through it. Daniel tenders his resignation to the hospital, but will he be able to leave? Meanwhile, Sami’s increasingly stressful relationship with Rafe gets a little more so. She comes in contact with a woman from his past, but she may not be getting the answers that she wanted. The Young and the Restless 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

The Bold and the Beautiful 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM

Guiding Light may come on, already in progress, after the memorial ends at 2:30 PM

Some areas, if not all, will now air Tuesday’s episode of As The World Turns in full on Wednesday.
