Former Young and the Restless actress Victoria Rowell (ex-Drucilla Winters) and Radcliffe Bailey became husband and wife on June 27 in Dublin, New Hampshire! The couple then celebrated with their closest friends and family during a reception at the Owlwood Farm, which is owned by a woman who helped Victoria craft the art of dancing, ex-prima ballerina Esther Brooks.

Back in June 2008, the The Young and the Restless actress Victoria Rowell announced her engagement to Atlanta-based, internationally renowned painter Radcliffe Bailey! Now the couple has set a wedding date - as well as an engagement party to celebrate the much-anticipated event!
Although their wedding is planned to take place on April 12, 2009, the happy couple will throw an engagement party on October 11, 2008 in Atlanta, Georgia! With Victoria on the road promoting her new memoir, “The Women Who Raised Me,” hopefully she’ll be all rested up by the time of the wedding! Congradulations !! I sure hope you get back to the Y&R, I miss you being with Neil,(and your kids) and Gosh knows that Lily could use her mother at this time of need, as well as Devon. This family has fallen apart since you left the show. You are a great actor, and would love to see you back on the show. Since you have left the show, thee has been no real story lines for Neil, or Devon. And Lily with her cancer would really use you at this time. PLEASE come back to the Y&R show and stay on as a permanent actor. Would relaly like to see you again, you are the only one who had a back bone to keep your family straight.

May you and your family be blessed!! Please, please, please, whatever powers there might or maybe we, I, need you back on Y&R. Poor Neil is a lost dumb puppy with out your strong love to guide him. He has no morales or scruples. He is lost without you and so am I.

DRU{VICTORIA} Please come back, as I have been asking since you left. You are an outstanding, talented actress and yes, Y/R needs you back desperately. As for Neil, kick his ???? when you return;but don’t go back with him. He needs to mend the errors of his ways HIMSELF,he selfisly hurt 2 women. On the other hand Lily really need you!
