Days of Our Lives Alums Penghlis and Orange Team Up For New Series.
Two former Days stars team up for a new web series.
Martial artist and actor Rhasaan Orange, (ex-Tek) has joined forces with Thaao Penghlis (ex-Tony DiMera) for a new sci-fi web series called, “Emissary.” Spanning over hundreds of years, it follows an anthropologist, Campbell Essex, as he discovers his destiny as the latest in a long line of “Emissaries.” His new role comes with all sorts of strings attached, of course, like the ancient enemies who seek his power.
The series is being produced by Mnemosyne LLC and the Emissary Partners. It will start shooting in September and debut in 2010. At the moment, it will only be available online in a video on demand format. Check out more on their website.

Glad to see Thaao in something interesting…they made him so scarce on Days it was pitiful. They let good actors go and hire rejects who can’t carry their own scripts to enlightenment…JMO…
