General Hospital Weekly Summary For August 31-September 4.
The kids return and danger looms as the carnival comes to town.
Michael was reluctant to leave Mexico, even after learning that he was actually innocent. Finally, his sister talked him into returning to Port Charles with her. Back in town, Claudia overheard Sonny and Alexis discussing how they would cover for their daughter. Alexis agreed to take the fall to protect her daughter’s future. Hearing this, Claudia ran to her brother to rant. When she returned, Sonny explained the situation to her. He also decided to appoint Dominic as the personal bodyguard for his children, a choice no one else, including Dominic, seemed particularly happy with.
Michael and Kristina arrived and quickly began settling in with their families. Michael resisted having Dominic as his bodyguard at first but was soon talked around, agreeing to go along with it for Morgan’s sake. Sam was frustrated by how lenient Alexis was being to her daughter and ran off to Jason to complain. He was frustrated too. He told Sonny that Jerry insisted that Claudia was innocent in Michael’s shooting and Sonny decided to believe it. Meanwhile, Claudia kept eavesdropping as Kristina confessed to her father that she caused the accident. Sonny let it slide, forgiving her and giving her some money to buy a new dress for the carnival.
Spinelli and Maxie welcomed home Jason and Sam, catching them in an embrace. As Spinelli gushed about how great it was to see them together, Sam left in embarrassment. Maxie followed her and they had a girl chat while Spinelli asked Jason to be his best man. Stone Cold seemed touched and agreed, though he refused to wear a pink tie. Maxie then returned and helped Spinelli pressure Jason to ask Sam to the carnival. She turned to work for a way out. Spinelli was also looking for a way out of attending the festivities because of his paralyzing fear of clowns. Maxie ended up forcing her fiancé to face his fears by dressing as a clown while Jason admitted to Sam that he truly wanted to take her to the carnival.
Edward bumped into Andrea at the hospital and let it slip that he saw her at the Metro Court on the night that Brianna was killed. She quickly pocketed some drugs to poison him. Dr. Matt nearly caught her and she ran off. Later, she tried to poison Edward’s martini but he spilled it on her when his latest female friend walked in and interrupted. Andrea tried again and again to serve him a drink laced with drugs. After numerous failures, she finally got him to take a drink before he rushed off to jump in his car.
Dominic continued flirting with Lulu. She backed out when he attempted to ask her to the carnival by agreeing to go with Dr. Matt. When Dominic cornered her at the hospital and continued flirting with her before the eyes of Carly and Olivia, Olivia blew her top at him. Carly remarked on how much Dominic seems like Sonny. After Dr. Matt ended up having to cancel the date, Dominic was there again to throw himself at Lulu.
Nikolas bought Rebecca a dress identical to Emily’s. He also, quite unsubtly, asked her to stop dying her hair. She slipped on the dress and went around town, shocking Elizabeth and Lucky with her appearance. Elizabeth went straight to Wyndemere to confront Nikolas about what he was doing. He insisted that he was in control.
Max and Diane had a fight. He accused her of using him as no more than a sex toy. He went to the carnival, joining his other mob friends at the festivities. Sonny was there with his kids. He and Kristina went to the fortuneteller who told them that danger surrounded them, an ominous prediction eerily close to the one that Anthony was giving from his prison cell. While Anthony sent his men and their weapons over, Claudia managed to get Kristina alone on the ferris wheel.

I think its a great topic to have jason & sam talking again that was the shows. though someone has to do something with that jerry & claudia i hope they show claire finally take care of her she turn the show off.
