We know that Ashley didn’t hit Sabrina because Sabrina was already dead. Since she didn’t hit Sabrina and she didn’t hit Nikki because Nikki is ok, who did she hit?

I think Nikki had a close call with a crazy driver(aka Ashley),dropped her cellphone & Ashley may have clipped a tree or a guardrail.Of course Adam is trying to create a hit-n-run with a ghost.
