The takeover continues.

After Stephanie displayed more symptoms of her illness in front of Taylor, Steffy felt forced to tell her mother Stephanie had a stroke. Taylor checked Stephanie out and urged her to seek treatment and to let her family help her. Stephanie didn’t want to be pitied or to be Taylor’s patient and Taylor promised she would be there for her as her friend.

Bill and Katie continued to argue with Donna, Brooke, Ridge and Eric about the takeover. Alone with Bill, Katie made it clear that as CEO she would run the company on her terms and would be loyal to both him and her family. Bill was impressed that she wasn’t intimidated by him and told her she was the bright spot in his future.

Eric decided to sell the beach house in order to raise money to pay off their loan. Unbeknownst to him, Bill bought it and asked Katie to move in with him.

As Katie unpacked Bill’s boxes, she found a DVD which contained Bill Sr.’s last words to his son where he asked him to take Eric down by any means possible. Bill came home upset to find her watching the DVD. She lashed out at him demanding to know if he was just using her to carry out his father’s last wishes. Bill passionately kissed and insisted his life would mean nothing without her.

After meeting up in the coffee shop, Owen asked Steffy to go to the Shady Marlin with him to pick up some of Bridget’s designs. Once on the boat, Steffy set sail and ‘kidnapped’ Owen to Paradise Cove, while telling him she just wanted him to be happy and would be there for him if he decided Jackie wasn’t the woman for him.

Owen and Steffy decided to go for a swim and once back on deck, Steffy fell off and hit her head. Owen fished her out of the water and performed CPR on her until she came to.
