The mayor showed up at the hospital to lay into Lucky. Their bickering interrupted Nikolas and Elizabeth as they made out in a nearby closet. After the mayor left, Rebecca came by and Lucky gushed about how important Liz was to him. This only made the closeted couple feel worse. She could barely handle it. Meanwhile, Lucky was forced to run off and threatened to arrest his father over noise citations. Luke warned him not to bet his heart and soul on Elizabeth. He then confronted Nikolas about it, who threw it back in his face. Across town, Lucky told Elizabeth about all of their good times and presented her with a ring. She nearly choked on her tears and told him how afraid she was that things would go wrong… then Nikolas walked in with Rebecca on his arm. They crashed the romantic dinner, which infuriated Elizabeth. Afterward, she called Nikolas out on it and forced him from her studio. The prince went home and slept with Rebecca while Elizabeth called Lucky over, told him they belonged together and they finally made love again. The next day, all four commemorated the death of Emily in their own way, offering solitary confessions at her grave. Finally a brooding Nikolas lashed out at his brother on the pier. Due to an emergency, as was stated by Melody’s agent, Melody regrettably had to pull out of her role on the new web series and was replaced by actress Sean Young in the role of Martha Alden.

Phyllis received a letter for Summer, from Patty, and confronted Patty, who didn’t remember writing it. However, Emily tried to reason with Phyllis, who had no remorse for Patty – and warned Emily, and her patient, to stay away from her family! Speaking of family, Phyllis was none too happy that Daniel and Amber set their wedding date for June.
After Phyllis confronted Deacon, to prevent Daniel’s further involvement in the murder case, Deacon admitted he wasn’t calling the shots – and his own son was being threatened! Ryder gave Michael an alibi for the night of the murder, and Daniel feared having to spend twenty years in jail – and told Amber he couldn’t marry her. However, realizing the power of their love, Daniel and Amber decided to get married that night – and Kay, who became a minister online, agreed to marry them, while Lauren furnished Amber’s dress. Later, after buttering up to Gloria, Ryder passed the wedding news along to Deacon, who congratulated and sent Phyllis running for Daniel and Amber’s rooftop wedding! Just as the ceremony began, Phyllis appeared, briefly objected then reluctantly took a seat, as Daniel and Amber were pronounced husband and wife. At the same time, from the ground below, someone smashed binoculars in a private objection of their own!
