Tis the season to be gift giving, but rats? Psycho letters?

This week, Patty sends a letter to Phyllis, prompting a visit to the psych ward and a confrontation. When Dr. Emily learns of the visit, she puts a stop to it. Meanwhile, when Paul visits Patty dear, she threatens to harm Jack if he ever leaves her.

Over at the hospital, Chloe will reveal her feelings for Chance. She’s falling for him while Billy and Mac’s relationship is on the outs, due to her wanting to become a surrogate mother and him being so selfish! After the doctors update the family about how well Chance is doing, he leaves the hospital. Course, Lily’s still in the hospital and while she is thrilled that Mac’s going to be her surrogate, she’s unhappy at the cost at which it came about.

Ryder gives Michael an alibi, but is he withholding something? Daniel and Amber almost break up – again, but later, when Daniel proposes marriage, Amber is happy to say yes. Phyllis tries to keep her cool about the news and they make a date for June, but decide instead, to marry on the rooftop by Katherine, who is suddenly an ordained minister! At the party, Lauren receives a gift  – a live, black rat! Everyone’s shouting that it sounds like a Sheila gift but isn’t she dead? We’ve no idea on this one but are intrigued, nonetheless. Not so intrigued when next week brings Phillip’s revelation. He may have to leave Genoa City. He’s not around much anyway and after being used as a segue into Cane’s storyline, he hasn’t had much to do. I hear Rafe’s still single…
