Chandler Massey Joins The Cast of Days of Our Lives.
Days is about to get a new Will Horton.
Dylan Patton, who has played the role since February 27, 2009 is leaving the cast. Chandler Massey will be taking over the role. He will be the fifth actor to play the part. You may have seen Massey in one of his Primetime appearances on shows like “One Tree Hill,” “Army Wives,” and “Eastbound & Down.”
His first air date has yet to be released. Soap Opera Fan Blog welcomes him to the cast and wishes Patton all the best in his future endeavors.

I think Nicole and EJ should end up together. She’s disturbed right now, and they can play off the fact that she was pushed over the edge by the loss of her own baby, etc…. I really like the chemistry between the 2 and I do feel sorry for her (the situation)… Carly’s beginning to get on my last nerve. She seems evil to me… vengeful!!

Why do they keep hiring these kids to play Will who are a foot taller than both Sami and Lucas? I know it can happen that two shorties have a tall kid, but not usually.

I’d LOVE to see Carly and Daniel together – and Daniel the father of Carly’s daughter. Knock Chloe off her smug horse and kick her to the curb. She’s a useless character. Daniel and Carly would have so much more in common than Daniel and Chloe, which is so silly.

Sandy Horton is the daughter of Tommy Horton Jr. (the oldest son of Tom and Alice) and Kitty (whose deceased). She was a doctor if I remember correctly.
Side note to everyone…why the heck is Philip with Melanie!!! He’s supposed to be in the same age group as Belle, Mimi, Shawn and Chloe. Being with Stephanie and Melanie is weird!!! Steph needs to be with Nathan and Melanie needs to hook up with one of Justin’s son’s. Philip needs someone new that’s his own age and he needs to get his son back!!!!

I agree Justin’s kids need to come back, and Kim Bradys kids should come back as well. Then they should put one of Justins sons with Kims son, and finally days would finally have a gay story line. That would make things interesting, anyone agree?

I’m glad they got rid of Dylan. He was sooo annoying and a ______ ! Now I wish they can make Wil into a real guy and not this hurting little fool who hates everything and everyone.

Why has Carly not said a word about Shawn?? I thought she was the one who ended up doing surgery on his ears so he could hear again? This was back when Shawn was a little child, and Hope was thought to be dead… does anyone remember this storyline? For some reason I can’t remember why he was deaf, does anyone else remember this?

That would be interesting if Victor was the father of Carly’s baby…And if her daughter was Mel, that would be the end of her and Phil! I don’t like them together at all, there’s no chemistry and she’s too young.

Shawn fell down a shaft at an oil refinery (owned by Lawrence… Gen-Con) and Carly climbed down to save him. Yup, he was then deaf for a year before Carly did surgery on him. In her first few scenes back with Bo she asked about Shawn then.

I, too, believe that Daniel is Melanie’s father – but that would cause a problem: Max would not be Mel’s brother!
It would also throw a wrench into Victor’s scheming with Vivian, as this would make Melanie his godson’s daughter, and he won’t sit still for anyone hurting his family.
Then again, maybe Vic, with his connections, already knows that Melanie is Daniel’s daughter, and only teamed up with Vivian so he could keep an eye on her and turn the tables on her!

I think Carly had an affair with Daniel, and the result is Melanie. I don’t think Victor knows yet, but when he does, Vivian better watch out!! Someone suggested that they bring back Justin’s sons back for Stephanie. Do you people not know the story?? Justin is married to Stephanie’s aunt. Therefore, his sons are Stephanie’s cousins!! That wouldn’t work!
Back to Melanie’s parentage…
Trent was Melanie’s father by adoption. So, no Max isn’t her biological brother. But since she was adopted, he’s still her big brother! It’s going to be interesting to see how this all plays out with Daniel and Carly, because Chloe’s about to find out she’s pregnant.

leianna… that would be messed up if they put one of justins kids with stephanie (though this whole show is incestous… giving every one on the entire show is somehow related to everyone else on the show) but i dont believe that any one suggested that i think some one said to bring two of the boys together… and i dont see that happening… the day they put two guys sucking face on public television will be the last day i watct it

Will was my favorite guy on the show from the moment Dylan started. it doesn’t make any sense to replace him with a blond guy when the only thing all of the previous Wills have had in common is dark hair. I don’t like the new guy and I will watch Dylan wherever he goes.

I also believe Daniel is Melanie’s father….I figured this out awhile ago when Carly told Bo she met the father at a medical conference…then next thing you know she bumps into Daniel and they recall how they met and how he commented that he she never kept in touch with him…I’m going to predict that there may be some medical emergency with Mel that will require someones blood type which will come out that Daniel is her father…

The new will is ok and Dylan is ok too. I don’t like Melanie with Philip. She should be with someone her age and Stephanie shouldn’t be with him either. The girl who plays Gabi should be shot. And Passion’s star should just stay in Passion. Daniel is too old for Chloe. She should be the one with Philip. And please don’t put Bo and Hope back together. Bo can stay with Carly.
