Phyllis blackmailed Deacon, Kay made a decision, Billy protected Daniel and Michael took legal action against Ryder!
Many helped Phyllis dig through the landfill for the missing gym bag, and when Daisy found out, she informed Ryder, who wasn’t able to get there in time for Eden to find the bag, which Heather took in for DNA testing then released Daniel on bail. Phyllis secretly located a cell phone, found a message from Deacon on it then blackmailed Deacon – warning she wouldn’t turn the phone in if he took Amber and left town forever! Billy was released on bail – after Chloe called the authorities to reveal Billy’s source. When the juror threatened to trash Billy’s name, for ratting her out, Billy realized Chloe did it – and fired her!
While Adam worked at Newman, alongside Nick, Jack tried to lure Sharon away from Adam, with a job offer, then Phyllis confronted her, accusing Sharon of dating Adam to get back at Nick. On the other side of town, when Emily planned to drop Patty’s case, since no progress had been made, Patty remembered that she took Colleen but still thought she was married to Jack, who treated Emily to a Winter Wonderland
While EJ’s planning the next move to get Syd back, Rafe gets a call. Across town, Carly breaks down and comes clean with Bo about the feelings she has for him.
Sandy marvels over the opportunity she was given, noting it was not part of the plan.
Nick tries to help get Sandy in the holiday spirit by serenading her. He later throws a Christmas bash with Jackie where he and Bridget dress up like Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Soap Opera Fan Blog is excited to report that The Young and the Restless actress Christel Khalil Hensley (Lily Winters Ashby) is expecting a child with husband Stephen! This will be the couple’s first child together, and their little bundle of joy is expected to make their arrival in April 2010!
