Billy has an epiphany, John Abbott makes a ghostly appearance, and everyone rings in the New Year…

Today is going to bring us a very special stand alone New Year’s Eve episode where Billy will take a look back at his life – and what it’s become. John Abbott’s ghost will return to take Billy on a journey through everything that has happened recently and what could very well happen in the future… Chloe will make it clear that Billy broke Delia’s heart, Billy will scream, “I did what you wanted me to do,” then he’ll ultimately profess to make things right all-around. Will he be able to carry out his promise? Watch this special video clip preview for what’s to come on Thursday’s episode! Next week, Billy’s new outlook on life will be put to the test when Delia’s health is jeopardized…

Many Genoa City families will join together to ring in the New Year with hopes and dreams of what 2010 will bring them. However, in soapland, we know that no matter what the residents wish for, the New Year is sure to bring many ups and downs and plenty of drama!

What’s to come next week? Katherine makes preparations to meet her daughter, Chance will look into the past of the man who stabbed him and Neil will make a plea to his brother, Malcolm.
