Billy and Victoria find themselves stranded in New York, due to a layover. While they share some laughs, at Adam’s expense, Mac is back in Genoa City comforting JT, who’s waiting for Victoria to get home. Victoria and JT finally come to a decision. Whether or not it’s too late for this once couple in love, Victor can’t help but put his two cents in and gives JT a warning. On the other side of the Newman family coin, Adam and Sharon set forth to plan a fantasy life together, but we all know that fantasy and reality tend to clash, even in this fictional town.

General Hospital will air its 12,000th episode on February 23.

“In any climate, it is amazing that we have the opportunity to celebrate such a momentous occasion. This milestone honors the strength of the daytime drama and looks to the future that ‘General Hospital’ will continue to air many, many more episodes,” Executive Producer Jill Farren Phelps has stated about this achievement. Veteran production designer Bob Rappaport has died.

Rappaport was the Production Designer/Art Director on such notable TV series as “The Mike Douglas Show,” “Let’s Make A Deal,” “Santa Barbara” and Days of Our Lives. The Pittsburgh, PA. native earned a Master’s Degree in Theatre Design at New York University. Rappaport died of cardiac arrest on January 28 2010 in Lakeland, Florida at the age of 67.
