The results are in.

Ethan’s life continues to come under threat as Alexis pleads with Jason not to off the Aussie. She’s afraid that doing so would make Kristina feel responsible for his death. Backing off a little, Stone Cold turns to Kristina himself and questions her, quickly discovering some contradictions and holes in her story. When his probing gets too close to the truth, she becomes distraught. This leads to Sonny reprimanding him, though that’s mild compared to how Sam reacts when he admits to her that he has doubts about her sister’s story.

Ethan’s family has a hard time dealing with events as well. Although Tracy doesn’t hesitate long in bailing Ethan out of jail, she still has to try and convince herself that he’s innocent. Things don’t look good when Lulu catches her half brother as he’s attempting to run out of town. While they expect the worst, Mac and Alexis receive the DNA test results for the samples taken from underneath Kristina’s fingernails. The evidence is damning and Kristina begs Sonny not to have Ethan killed. The mob boss won’t make any promises. Sam might do it before he has a chance though. Ethan doesn’t put up a fight when she viciously pummels him.

Test results are messing up the lives of other people as well. Elizabeth and Nikolas are told that he’s the father of her child, though they have no idea Helena rigged the test. Lucky arrives just in time to hear the news and tries to hide how disappointed he actually feels. Liz, however, isn’t hiding how disappointed she feels about the results.
