During a visit with his new doctor, Adam begins to suspect that Dr. Peterson is really Patty. Patty tries to make out as though Adam is crazy, and pinches him, but Adam rants back that she’s the one who is crazy! If Patty lets on that Adam is correct about her identity, will he turn her in or use Patty to his advantage? Adam isn’t the only one Patty is keeping an eye on. After she sees Jack confiding in Phyllis, she vows to destroy her!
