Longing for what she lost, Amber decides to turn to Brooke for some friendly romantic advice about how she can win Rick back once again. That proves to be a plan she’ll regret since Brooke gives her a tongue lashing about it. Of course, Rick already has someone else on his mind… Brooke and Ridge get together and reminisce about when Bridget was born in the cabin and marvel at how much things repeat themselves. He told her about shooting Johnny and how he shot his own son. She offered her empathy and told him he should do what’s right for his kids and that isn’t running away. At Big Bear, Bridget and Owen welcomed their child to the world and then kissed before he called Jackie to tell her the news. Jackie tore herself away from Stephanie, who had been telling her what a bad plan her menage-a-trois was. She ran off to the cabin to see the newborn who had already been named “Logan Knight” by the time she got there. They all returned to town and showed the baby off. Popular “The Practice” actor Michael Badalucco, who played Jimmy Berluti from 1997 to 2004, has just been cast as a bookie on The Young and the Restless. Michael will first air on October 13 as Hogan and will be paired in scenes with Jeffrey (Ted Shackleford) and Kevin (Greg Rikaart). Look for this new ‘tough’ character to help them access money in order to help Gloworm.
