In Rome, Brenda turned down Murphy’s proposal and decided to end things with him for good. Suzanne decided to call in Jason to take care of Brenda. Grudgingly, he agreed to come over and deal with her. Brenda did a wedding photo shoot and that put her in a bad mood. When she went back to her room, Jason showed up and that made things even worse. Bridget and Owen talked about their feelings and the bond that was growing between them now that they were parents. He refused to give in to his feelings though for fear of hurting Jackie. Simultaneously, Rick continued laying the bait to seduce Jackie by telling her that Owen was only interested in the baby and Bridget now. She refused to believe this but he pulled her into a kiss as Bridget walked in on them. She took her brother aside, assuming that he was trying to lure Jackie away for her benefit. He didn’t deny it and she asked him to drop his seduction scheme. Rick did just the opposite and surprised Jackie with a romantic dinner on the roof. Emotions run high as Brooke, Ridge and Hope finally reunite and try to move on as a family. It will be hard for them to put their lingering problems behind them though, and more than a few people won’t be eager to let it happen. As Hope tells her parents all about the recent developments in her life, Taylor worries about Steffy getting antsy and eager to compete with Hope again. Brooke attempts to back Steffy off and keep her at bay while things continue to settle. Hope has some strategic plans of her own and decides to try and broker another peace between her mother and Stephanie. Ronan confirmed to Nina that he was her son. Nina blamed Christine for not getting the chance to tell Ronan she loved him and admitted she now hated him. Ronan tearfully pleaded forgiveness. Owen claimed he’d found evidence on Chance’s computer to prove him and Ronan were dirty cops. During Chance’s funeral, Ronan announced that he was FBI then arrested Sid and Owen. Chance had been wearing a wire and Ronan had them dead to rights! While Heather was awarded the District Attorney position, Christine convinced Nina to go to a designated area with her. Once there, Ronan appeared from the shadows, as did Chance! Chance held Nina close but warned they may never see each other again. The Witness Protection Program was waiting for him.
Kay succumbed to the stress and collapsed in Tucker’s arms. Murphy blamed Tucker who informed Brock he had just as much right to be with their mother as Brock did. The family was relieved to find out Kay had just been dehydrated.
Meggie is doing her best to make sure Nikki craves the demons she thought were locked away for good through the form of alcohol. Given that Nikki is finally getting a storyline are you happy with where it’s taking her?
