Advice for new mothers.
Alison Sweeney’s (Sami) brand new book, “The Mommy Diet” goes on sale today. The book was written to help new moms stay healthy and recover their body confidence once the baby has been born. Concentrating mostly on the first nine postpartum months, the book features tips, personal anecdotes, easy-to-follow exercises, fashion and nutrition advice as well as some recipes.
When not appearing in Salem, Sweeney co-hosts dieting reality TV series The Biggest Loser.

Just wonder if she spends as much time with her “real kids”, as she does playing Sami on the show????

I wish I had her book years ago when I had my third child. Also, in her book I hope that she advises regular doctor visits for the Mommy too. If I had been diagnosed with thyroid disease at its onset which was probably after that event, I wouldn’t now be having to struggle to lose a lot of extra weight!

Just want to make a comment about Days…
I hope that the rumor of placing an imposter for Rafe is just that… a rumor. I’m tired of repeats. Think of something new for a change. Like Melanie, being married to Philip,gets control over Titan Industries instead if Vivian. And she plays havoc with the Kiriakis family because of Phillip cheating on her.
