Look who’s coming and going in Genoa City in December…

Soap Opera Fan Blog has the latest casting news for who readers can expect to hit the screen, and leave, through these monthly casting scoops. We’ll add more as soon as they’re released but for now, here’s what we know…

Angell Conwell will first appear as Vance’s (Eric Roberts) associate Leslie on December 2.

Tristan Rogers has been cast as Colin and will first appear on December 8.

David Wells returns as Rev. Fulton on December 16.

Jennifer Birmingham returns as Alison on December 30.

Signy Coleman (Hope) and Raya Meddine (Sabrina) will return as ghosts on December 23 during a special episode surrounding Victor Newman.

Nikki and Diane clashed, Tucker proposed and Victor received visitors…

Diane escaped the ranch unseen then Nick made his disappointment known to Victor in regards to him always deserting their family. Diane witnessed Deacon giving Nikki a friendly kiss and called her a sugar mama! After Nikki found out Diane was broke, she told Victor, who refused to spend the holidays with his family and gave Diane a job to expand the east wing! Nikki moved out of the ranch and in with Kay.

Sonny and Brenda announce their engagement at Luke and Tracy’s wedding reception. The congratulations don’t exactly stream in. Dante goes home to dream of his time with the supermodel and Brenda is cornered and questioned by Theo. She trusts him and co-operates as he starts his investigation. Meanwhile, Carly stalks over to Sonny with proof that his son was sleeping with Brenda and they had a baby. He refuses to listen to her, regardless of all the dire warnings she issues. Franco does comedy.

James Franco (Franco) just racked up a stack of award nominations for his role in “127 Hours,” but he will soon be seen in a very different part. Early next year audiences will be able to catch him in the comedy “Your Highness.” The film co-stars Natalie Portman, Zooey Deschanel, Danny McBride and Justin Theroux and follows a prince and his incompetent brother as they go on a quest to rescue his bride.
