On the hunt to fill a new role!

Soap Opera Digest is reporting that The Young and the Restless casting department is looking for a big name mid 30s to late 40s Latino or Caucasian actor to fill the shoes of a rough and tough sexy cowboy. The character is said to originate from a ranch out West who likes living the simple life and isn’t afraid to work with his hands.

Cast and author tour.

Cast members from Days Of Our Lives will be meeting with fans this month as part of a multi city tour for the book Days of our Lives 45 Years: A Celebration in Photos. From April 29 to May 1 sci-fi and The Young and the Restless fans alike will be able to attend the Chiller Theatre Expo at the Hilton Parsippany in Parsippany, New Jersey. Daytime stars set to appear all three days include Genoa City’s Sean Kanan (Deacon Sharpe) and his former co-star Michael Gross (ex-River Baldwin).

After Brenda rubbed in the fact that Jax went to London to help Interpol help her, Carly spouted off at her husband and dumped him. They bickered and he went back to his hotel to mope. Meanwhile, Michael heard screaming in an alley. He rushed in and found Brandon trying to rape Abby. As he pulled Brandon off and beat him, Jason arrived to calm the situation. He called in Dante who insisted that they let this go through official channels so Michael could be a hero. Abby was taken to the hospital and examined and Jason took Michael home where he finally confessed that Carter had raped him in prison. Carly showed up to rant about Jax and found her distraught son.
