The event will take place at SideBar in Glendale, California and will benefit a program that works alongside Los Angeles schools to mentor kids in reading and writing.

Switching things up.

CBS Soaps In Depth is reporting that The Young and the Restless is planning to temporarily put former General Hospital actor Kin Shriner (ex-Scott) in the role of Jeff Bardwell. Currently there is no word on why Kin will be stepping in for Ted Shackelford for three upcoming episodes.
