“General Hospital’s” Aaron Sanders (Morgan Corinthos) and “The Young and The Restless” actress Samantha Bailey (Summer Newman) will be honored for their positive contributions and work at the 2011 7th Annual CARE Awards to Honor Showbiz Kids. The event takes place on Saturday April 30 at Universal Studios Hollywood’s Globe Theatre from 11:45 AM to 1:30 PM.
Other young Daytime actors to be honored as well include “All My Children’s” Tate Berney (A.J Chandler), Danielle Parker (Emma Lavery) and Alexa Gerasimovich (Kathy Martin) and former “As The World Turns” actress Isabella Palmieri (ex-Natalie Snyder).

Our sister site Soaps.com recently sat down with “The Young And The Restless” actress Julia Pace Mitchell (Sofia Winters) to talk about her past and current storylines. In regards to how the actress felt after reading the script for her fling with Neil (Kristoff St. John), Julia stated, “I was nervous. I didn’t think I was going to be as nervous as I was, not because of Kristoff, who was a gentleman, but I was nervous the whole day. But it was fun actually. I think it’s great that the storyline is allowing Sofia to have these two men after her – it’s fun.”
