Thomas was happy to be a new owner at Forrester. Ridge agreed to put the Taboo women’s line back into circulation and announced that his wife and son would be heading to Sydney on business. Steffy and Stephanie weren’t crazy about this. Taylor heard about it and added her voice of displeasure. Thomas was more interested in kissing Dayzee goodbye. As soon as she stepped away, Madison stepped up to kiss him goodbye. Brooke stood by and her jaw dropped. As she and Thomas boarded the jet for Australia, Summer dropped by to kiss Thomas goodbye. Sonny confronted Suzanne about her motives but she didn’t give much away. He returned to Brenda and cautioned her about opening up to Lucian. He then tried to get Abby to keep Michael away from the mob. When he offered her a job, she turned it down. She tried urging her boyfriend to stay away from crime. Dante discovered that there was evidence pointing to Michael so he tipped Jason off. Meanwhile, Michael was brought in by Ronnie and confronted with the evidence. Lily talked to Cane, death consumed Genoa City, and Sofia received pregnancy news…
Though Lily’s therapist claimed her Cane sightings weren’t real, Lily protested they were. Lily found a photo of a woman at Cane’s grave and was stunned when he appeared. He admitted he’d been watching over her and that the photo was of Samantha. Lily was able to touch Cane, who acted as though he was a ghost and advised her to keep him a secret. When Jill and Colin appeared, Cane took off.

Once the kids are back in town safe and sound, Bo and Hope decide they don’t need to pay attention to Ciara. They pour their attention on Sami and Rafe instead. The real Rafe just happens to return to town and finds the way to his loft where his memory begins to magically return thanks to the key. He and Sami reunite but they have some problems, like the guy who has been pretending to be him for months. They manage to capture him and then Rafe is forced to fake being the fake version of himself. He isn’t the only one who seems to be faking something either. While Lily continues to have these secret meetings with Cane, his mother hightails it to Genoa City with a plan to avenge her son’s death. Lily faces some family interference of her own when Devon suspects her of having an affair with Daniel.
Nick and Adam refuse to believe that Sharon committed suicide, like the authorities rule her death. Look for these two rival siblings to pull together to prove them wrong. If only they knew that Sharon was alive and well and settling in on a ranch with a sexy new man.
Laura Wright (Carly) will be hosting wine tasting for her fans on July 22. Between 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM, fans will have the chance to meet her at the Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City, California. They will also have the opportunity to sample wine from her and her husband’s own label, Standing Sun Wines. The cost for this event is $75, $25 of which will go to Bears on Patrol, which provides free teddy bears to police officers for use in situations dealing with small children. Soap Opera Fan Blog is saddened to report that former “The Young And The Restless” actress Lynne Topping Farrell passed away on April 17 surrounded by her loved ones. For those who don’t remember Lynne in Genoa City, she played Chris Brooks from 1979 – 1982, appeared in various television shows and was once a former Miss Florida.
