In regards to the injury Shemar suffered back in 2009, Radaronline is reporting that the actor has hired Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, to represent him and is suing Phillip Randall and Florence Rosenthal for loss of earnings and medical costs. Randall failed to yield while driving Rosenthal’s vehicle, which hit Shemar.

The Young and the Restless actor Shemar Moore (ex-Malcolm Winters) was recently injured while out for a bike ride in Los Angeles, California. After his bicycle was hit by a car, the actor suffered a broken leg but is now on the road to recovery at home.
Victor loves being in the driver’s seat and hates when anyone outside his circle decides to team up. He’s pretty composed to learn that Adam and Diane have crawled into bed together, so to speak. After spotting Diane stretching for a run outside, he heads to Adam’s, who introduces Victor to his new roommate. Victor chuckles and warns he’ll get the last laugh. Adam and Diane leave the ranch and find they’re locked out with no way to get to Adam’s house since Victor owns the driveway.

Marlene Clark Poulter (McPherson)and Darrell Ray Thomas, Jr. have been named the new Co-Head Writers of “Days Of Our Lives.”
Both writers were collaborators of former “Days” Head Writer and “Passions” creator James E. Reilly. Poulter was Associate Head Writer for “Days” from 1993 – 1999. Anthony decides to try and use Brenda to weaken Sonny. She’s busy trying to help his kids. Kristina asks her for fashion advice to impress Ethan. Sonny doesn’t approve of this and gets threatening, but this only pushes them closer together. Across the road, Carly and Jax continue feuding over custody of Josslyn. He tries to outsmart her and gets Alexis to file for sole custody but Carly still outmaneuvers him. Meanwhile, Robin and Patrick go after Lisa. She calls Johnny for help but he refuses. Soap Opera Network and Daytime Confidential have reported that “Days Of Our Lives” Head Writer Dena Higley has been fired from the series.
Higley was a veteran of Daytime, working with “Days” on and off since 1985. She also spent time as a Head Writer on ABC soap “One Life To Live.” Her axing follows soon after the departure of her co-Head Writer Christopher Whitesell. Read the rest of this entry »
