Jason Castro and his wife Mandy Mayhill had a baby girl on Sunday August 28. The child has been named Madeline Emilia Castro.

Former American Idol singer Jason Castro, who may be more familiar to viewers of “The Bold and the Beautiful” for his guest starring role on the series, is about to become a father. On April 8, Castro wrote on his Jason Castro Music blog, “We just found out yesterday that it’s going to be a girl! Haha that makes me laugh…what am I going to do with a sweet little girl? Probably just smile a lot…I cannot wait!”

This is the first child for Jason and his wife, Mandy Mayhall. The child is expected in August.
