Victoria allowed Sam to help prepare a gift for Reed and admired him for sticking by Sharon. Sam watched Victoria interact with Reed and commented on what a good mother she was.
Avery admitted to Sharon that Phyllis was her sister. Phyllis told Michael the same and that their childhood wasn’t physically abusive but very bad. Avery forced Phyllis to admit on record that they were estranged sisters, as to not show a conflict of interest where Sharon’s trial was concerned.
Look for Kelly to make her first appearance as Kate on September 12.

Soaps in Depth has reported that the role of Kate Howard has now been recast. Kelly Sullivan will be taking over the role from Megan Ward. Viewers will get their first glimpse of her some time this fall. Sullivan has appeared in half a dozen films and on an episode of “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.” Ward played the role since 2007 but has rarely been seen in recent times. Actor Scott Thompson Baker has been cast in the lead role of The Lockwood Theater’s production of “Jesse – The Original Musical Melodrama” during “The Defeat of Jesse James Days” in Northfield, Minnesota. Baker first received public recognition when he was awarded the $100 thousand top prize in the 1986 Star Search. After that, he joined the world of Daytime, appearing in significant roles on a string of different shows.
Baker played Colton Shore on “General Hospital” (1988-1991) before joining the cast of “All My Children” as Dr. Craig Lawson (1991-1992). The following year he was cast as Connor Davis on “The Bold and The Beautiful,” a role which he played off and on from 1993 until 2005. The little girl has to be rushed to the hospital with a fever of 105. Chloe finds this out after she walks out on Ronan, who claims he left town due to something surrounding the FBI.
