“The Young And The Restless” actress Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Newman) will be heading to the CW for a guest starring role. Though filming is still in progress, Michelle will be the latest soap opera actor set to appear in the upcoming season of the new series “Ringer.” The show surrounds a woman who lives under the disguise of her twin while on the run from the mob.
Former “The Young And The Restless” actor John Driscoll (ex-Chance) asked his long-time girlfriend Beth Nelson for her hand in marriage. He told CBS Soaps In Depth that it wasn’t an easy choice picking the venue for the proposal. In the end, John chose Paris when his now fiancée had to go away on business. Beth works for an air lease company, so while turning the trip into a mini-vacation John got down on one knee and proposed on a boat-ride.
