Julia married Stephen L. Hightower II on September 4 at the Shaker Run Golf Course in Lebanon, Ohio. The Middletown Journal reported that the couple chose to marry at the golf course due to the size of Stephen’s family. Their day was perfect, aside from the ceremony having to be moved inside due to the rain. Julia wore a special veil designed by her mother, actress Judy Pace Flood (“Brian’s Song,” “Cotton Comes to Harlem,” and “Peyton Place”).

Daytime Confidential is reporting that “All My Children” Casting Director Judy Blye Wilson has been hired at “The Young And The Restless.” Judy’s worked at ABC for the Pine Valley soap opera from 1991 to 2011. She had a hand in bringing Billy Miller (“Y&R’s” Billy), Brittany Allen (“AMC’s” Marissa), Eden Riegel (“Y&R’s” Heather), Josh Duhamel (“AMC’s” ex-Leo), Melissa Claire Egan (“AMC’s” ex-Annie), Stacy Haiduk (“Y&R’s” ex-Patty), Denise Vasi (“AMC’s” Randi), as well as others, into the Daytime genre.
Judy, a three-time Daytime Emmy Award Winner, also worked on “Ryan’s Hope” from 1981 to 1987 then went on to “One Life To Live” from 1988 to 1991.
Abby’s panic heightens over being responsible for Ronan overhearing Ashley’s admission that she’d been in the park on the night of Diane’s murder. Things have changed quite a bit since Garin Wolf took over as Head Writer. For one thing, the sympathies of the writers seem to have shifted firmly against Sonny in a way we’ve rarely seen. There’s not much sympathy for him anymore. He’s really just depicted as a vicious psycho.
