Over at Dayzee’s, Hope moped to Thomas about Liam until she realized it was pointless so they made out. Patrick noticed how upset his wife was and encouraged her not to let the Lisa mess get to her. She couldn’t stop thinking about Lisa, her HIV and Stone. When he fell asleep, she snuck down to the bridge to talk to Stone. Mac caught her at it. She was distraught but he stopped her from saying more than she should. He went to see Alexis and asked her to represent Robin and Maxie if they got arrested. While she thought that over, Ethan showed up. They went over to Spoon Island once they realized Molly had snuck over there. Alexis advised them both to steer clear of Wyndemere. Heading to court?

According to TMZ “The Young And The Restless” actor Michael Fairman (Murphy) is suing his former chiropractor, one he’s been a patient of since 2003. The woman allegedly refused to treat him or his family after he was excommunicated from the Church, to which Michael was a prominent member of until he became disappointed with how things were running. He claims they branded him and his wife “suppressive persons” and blacklisted them from all things Scientology.

Nikki confessed, exhumation plans were made, and Billy went to Nick…

Jack and Kyle heard Diane’s body was being exhumed. Nikki continued drinking at the thought of Diane’s murder. Ronan released Victor after his secretary admitted to leaving his safe open, where evidence could’ve been planted. Phyllis slipped to Ronan that Nikki had returned. Ronan subpoenaed Nikki’s rehab records and found she’d gone missing the night of Diane’s murder. As Deacon approached Nikki to inform he’d seen her when she’d returned to Genoa City over the summer, Ronan dragged Nikki to the station. When Michael and Victor arrived, Nikki was asked to wait outside. Deacon reappeared and took her to the ranch. Later, Nikki privately admitted to Victor she’d killed Diane then passed out. She’d woken up with blood on her clothes and a bloodied rock next to her. Ronan arrived, and Victor hid Nikki. He acted drunk, admitted he’d killed Diane and ordered Adam to back him up. Adam confirmed it. Victor was arrested, and Adam called Sharon to book a flight home.
