E! Not Renewing Dirty Soap For A Second Season.
The crossover into Reality TV hasn’t panned out for some of Daytime’s stars. The E! Network has decided not to renew the series, “Dirty Soap.” The series featured former “One Life To Live” actors John-Paul Lavoisier (ex-Rex) and his girlfriend Farah Fath (ex-Gigi), former “Days Of Our Lives” actress Nadia Bjorlin (ex-Chloe), her boyfriend “DOOL” alum and “The Bold And The Beautiful” supporting player Brandon Beemer (Owen), and “General Hospital” actresses Kelly Monaco (Sam) and Kirsten Storms (Maxie).
Jenna Gering wife of Galen Gering (Rafe, “Days Of Our Lives”) and another featured player on the series, tweeted, “So the word is that “Dirty Soap” is not being picked up for another season. Thanks to all of you who watched. You all have been so supportive!”

The problem with the show is that it was on at bad times and they never re ran it or had it on demand. I would have loved to watch it, but I missed the episodes and then could not figure out when it was on again.

Bummer. I really liked this show! When will anything “soaps” start getting the respect it deserves?

I think it sucks that the networks claim soaps don’t have an audience anymore, maybe they should find a way to check all of the DVR’s to see that a lot of soap fans work and record and watch later. Bring the soaps back…PLEASE
