According to Fox News Jack Wagner (Nick) and his former fiancee Heather Locklear are set to appear in the L.A. City Attorney’s office at the end of this month. The appearance follows from an alleged violent incident during a late December confrontation at Wagner’s San Fernando Valley home.

E! is reporting that Jack Wagner (Nick) and Heather Locklear have now called off their engagement. No statement has been made by the couple or their publicists.

People magazine is reporting that “The Bold And The Beautiful” star Jack Wagner (Nick) is going to be tying the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Heather Locklear. This will be the second marriage for Wagner and Locklear’s third. The couple once co-starred as lovers on-screen in the Primetime soap, “Melrose Place.”
