This year’s host for the 39th Annual Daytime Creative Arts and Entertainment Emmy Awards will be “Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen” host Byron Allen.

Soap opera actors set to present include “All My Children’s” Vincent Irizarry (ex-David), “The Bold And The Beautiful’s” Kristolyn Lloyd (Dayzee) and John McCook (Eric), “Days Of Our Lives’” Lauren Koslow (Kate) and James Scott (EJ), “General Hospital’s” Julie Marie Berman (Lulu), Dominic Zamprogna (Dante) and Kristen Alderson (Starr), “One Life To Live’s” Eddie Alderson (ex-Matthew), and “The Young And The Restless’” Michelle Stafford (Phyllis), Christian LeBlanc (Michael) and Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea).

Same Day Update:

Due to overwhelming complaints, including some from the nominees, Soap Opera Digest is reporting that the awards for Outstanding Younger Actor/Actress In A Drama Series will now go back to being presented during the June 23 ceremony, along with the rest of the Daytime actor awards.

The awards for Outstanding Younger Actor/Actress In A Drama Series will not be presented as usual at this year’s 39th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards ceremony on June 23. They will now be announced on June 17 during the 39th Annual Daytime Creative Arts and Entertainment Emmy Awards ceremony.

It has just been announced that the 39th Annual Daytime Creative Arts and Entertainment Emmy Awards will return to the Westin Bonaventure at 404 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles, California on Sunday June 17. Those behind the scenes of our Daytime soap operas will be honored during the ceremony.
