Soap Opera Fan Blog is happy to report that Cooper’s memoir has turned the actress into a New York Times best selling author, with her book landing at number 25 on the list!

Jeanne Cooper’s book will officially be released on July 31 and is currently available for pre-order on Amazon. Cooper, along with Lindsay Harrison, reflects on her life before, during, and away from the CBS sound-stage, where she’s the only remaining actor who has been on “The Young And The Restless” since its debut. Cooper also touches on her battles with alcoholism, breast cancer, and aging gracefully in Hollywood.

In March 2012 “The Young And The Restless” actress Jeanne Cooper (Katherine Chancellor) will release a tell-all memoir titled “Not Young, Still Restless: My Life So Far.” The release will coincide with Jeanne’s 38th Genoa City anniversary. Co-Written by New York Times bestselling author Lindsay Harrison, fans can expect to hear about Jeanne’s time in Genoa City and about her early days in Hollywood. CBS Soaps In Depth is reporting that Tyler Payne, who’s a big fan of the show, will provide a blurb for the book.
