Former “The Young And The Restless” actress Ellen Greene (“Bunheads,” “Pushing Daisies,” “Little Shop of Horrors”), who played Genoa City’s baby broker Primrose DeVille, will be appearing in a recurring role in the new NBC series “Hannibal” as Mrs. Komeda. Greene’s character is a literary friend of Dr. Hannibal Lector (Mads Mikkelsen) and a member of Boston’s cultural elite.
