Patrick gets a message, Maxie has doubts and Michael is caught in the middle.

Patrick watches the video Robin made him from last Christmas. In it, she urges him to move on should she succumb to HIV. Later, Elizabeth discovers her kids’ “Christina Comes Home For Christmas” DVD is missing.

She also wonders if he would have taken her back if it weren’t for Ellie. Next, Maxie is presented with a legal agreement outlining her, Dante and Lulu’s roles in the surrogacy, as Olivia worries about her puppy visions.

Connie tells Todd that Johnny plans to confess, which could mean bad things for both of them. As they worry about their futures, Starr grows suspicious of her father and Johnny is ready to come clean with Carly. At the same time, Alexis threatens to sue Connie and Todd if they publish “Love in Maine.”

Elsewhere, Sonny tells Carly about the fight with AJ. He assumes AJ set him up to make him look bad in front of Michael, who confronts his bio dad. Michael ends up caught in the middle when both men want to spend Christmas with him.
