A lot has happened over the past year in Port Charles. Among other things, a slew of fan favorite characters returned, the Qs became more prominent, a long ago traditional event was resurrected, a new head writer and executive producer took over and “OLTL” characters crossed over to “GH.”

Pam was excited for Christmas but Eric was in no mood for celebrating. Tony, Felicia and Kristen came back to town to join the rest of the family. They were dismayed to hear that Eric insisted on being alone. They trashed Pam’s lemon bars until she told them where he was. While Avery spent time with Phyllis on Christmas, Sharon visited Adam. She warned they couldn’t be a couple and urged Adam to go back to Chelsea. Adam did, but Chelsea stormed off after realizing that Sharon had rejected him.
Nick spotted a dog-tag labeled ‘Dylan McAvoy’, but didn’t let on to Avery. Across town, Jack kissed Phyllis, who tearfully informed they weren’t ready ‘to go there’. Vikki agreed to help Victor with wedding preparations – for Nikki’s sake. Victor invited Billy and Vikki to spend the holiday with the family. Billy mocked Victor’s reasoning, but Vikki was moved and wanted to spend Christmas with her family.
For those missing Steve Burton (ex-Jason) on “General Hospital,” you can catch him and the rest of Port Chuck on the road in February. Burton will perform alongside his bandmates Brandon Barash (Johnny), Bradford Anderson (Spinelli) and Scott Reeves (Steve) at the following venues:

Over talk of the intervention for Jack, Vikki suggests to Phyllis, Billy, and Kyle that they tell Jack how hurt they are over his addiction instead of coming down hard on him. Billy wonders if it will be enough for Jack to choose them over the pills. They decide to call someone for help. Meanwhile, a drug dealer informs Jack that he keeps all of his clients happy. Jack assures the man that he isn’t his client – that this is a onetime buy – then snatches the pills from his hand. Jack runs into Victor, who calls him a drug addict and brings up how John would feel to see what Jack’s become. Later, Jack finds Billy, Kyle, Phyllis and Neil waiting for him. Jack turns to leave, as everyone begs him to get help.
